The Haycop Conservation Group
We are a small, local group of like-minded people, who have set up a nature reserve to save habitats and, in turn, flora and fauna for future generations. The group is supported by much valued Broseley residents, businesses, organisations and people from further afield with direct links to Broseley.
Adrian’s Vision
The project was instigated by Adrian Miles who had a vision of restoring The Haycop to protect the butterflies he remembered from his childhood. This is his story as it appeared in The Comma magazine, Spring 2010.
We also support other organisations, holding stalls on their fundraising days, giving talks on different aspects of wildlife, and volunteering on their sites as and when we can.
